Elevate your composition to the global stage with the Azrieli Music Prizes (AMP), one of the world’s most prestigious competitions. Created in 2014 by Sharon Azrieli CQ for the Azrieli Foundation, AMP is seeking works for choir and orchestra (with optional soloists) for its largest call in 10 years. Four categories award composers whose works demonstrate artistic excellence, technical mastery, and professional expertise. Each winner receives a prize package valued at $200,000 CAD. Submissions are open until May 2, 2025. AMP welcomes applications from composers of all ages, genders, nationalities, faiths, and backgrounds. No application fee.

Rate of Compensation
A prize package valued at $200,000 CAD, including a cash award of $50,000 CAD; a premiere of their prize-winning work in Montréal, livestreamed globally; at least two subsequent international performances; and a commercial recording release.
