The PACT Program Manager is an important part of a small team working closely together in service of professional theatre across Canada. This role oversees the planning, delivery, and reporting of external-facing programs of PACT, with a specific focus on member learning, development, networking, and strategic initiatives, including acting as the producer for PACT’s annual conference. This is achieved in part through a robust portfolio of program offerings that responds to the needs of PACT’s diverse national membership. This role engages with internal and external stakeholders, including members and the board of directors.

Rate of Compensation
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with an annual salary range of $58,000 – $65,000 depending on experience.
