Griffin Art Projects seeks applications for the position of BIPOC Curatorial and Marketing Assistant. This position is a YCW Building Careers in Heritage Internship for BIPOC college or university graduates.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a recent graduate from a Bachelor or Masters degree in fine arts, design, Indigenous studies or related field. They will have excellent organizational and planning skills with the demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines. Competency in Microsoft Office is required and experience preparing design materials with the Adobe Creative suite, or an interest and willingness to learn these skills, is an asset. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse community groups, including BIPOC communities and youth.
